Why did my video get copyright claimed?

Our company must register our beats in Content IDs system to protect our catalog. A company called HAAWK does this for us. If we don’t register our beats with Content ID, anyone can steal ad revenue from our clients and we have no way of stopping them.
This is not something our site or HAAWK are doing maliciously. YouTube’s Content ID system is automated and done by an algorithm. If it detects any of our beats in a YouTube video, their system automatically sends out a copyright claim.
We wish there were a simpler way to handle people using our music in YouTube videos, but given how the Content ID system works, manual release codes and whitelisting are our only 2 options.
